Hoopism, has a nice break down of rookie numbers this year compared with other rookies of distinction. They even put them in color coded graph form, if you’re more of a visual learner. I like words, personally, but I can understand the pull of shiny, bright colors and graphs.

Shumpert and Rubio are far more surprising than Irving, despite Irving’s higher assist and points numbers. Irving is running the offense as a starter and Cleveland’s first scoring option. Impressive, but expected from a top pick. Rubio and Shumpert both earned their starting spots after playing off the bench and their numbers only seem to be rising. Both players are second (or often in Shumpert’s case, third) scoring options on their teams, getting far less touches but being almost as productive. I expect their numbers to top/match Irving’s with added minutes.
