thrognobonk asked: how would one write "for a good time, call this number" in spanish? like, for a bathroom stall-- google translate doesn't handle lascivious undertones :D
The hard part about this is that there is no sort of subtle phrase in Spanish that would translate into what we insinuate by a promising a “good time”. If I were to proposition someone for a good time in Spanish, they wouldn’t recognize the sexual implications. I’m sure there’s some sort of local Spanish slang you could use, but the usage would probably depend upon location. Spanish, especially in post-colonial Spanish-speaking countries, developed into different dialects where slang and street language can vary within different ethnic groups and economic classes.
Short answer: idk, bro.
